Irish import (AIS)
Import declarations to Revenue through AIS, including the H7 super-reduced dataset for low-value consignments.
Customs brokerage & freight technology
FreightHorizon files your UK and Ireland customs declarations and runs the operations behind them. Quotes, jobs, hauliers and invoicing live in one place, alongside the customs filing, so a shipment moves from enquiry to cleared without jumping between five different tools.
We act as a Direct Representative under the Union Customs Code. The customs debt stays with the importer or exporter. We handle the declaration, the validation and the submission to the right government system.
Import declarations to Revenue through AIS, including the H7 super-reduced dataset for low-value consignments.
Export declarations to Revenue AES with the supporting safety and security data.
Full import and export entries to HMRC on the Customs Declaration Service.
Goods Movement References for the UK border. Always bundled with the entry, never billed as a line item.
Pre-Boarding Notifications for ferry crossings into Ireland, bundled with the job.
Entry Summary declarations for goods entering the customs territory under the ICS2 safety and security regime.
Common Health Entry Documents for food, plant and animal-origin goods that need SPS controls.
Transit declarations for goods moving under customs control across borders.
Send us the commercial invoice and the route. We tell you which filings apply and what they cost before anything is submitted.
The customs filing is one workflow. The freight operation around it is the rest. FreightHorizon runs both on a single canonical record, so a quote becomes a job, a job carries its own customs entry, and the invoice draws straight from the work that was done.
Template-driven quotes move through draft, sent and accepted, then convert to a job with its cargo, pricing and timeline intact.
Rate cards, vehicle inventory, licence and insurance tracking, with driver assignment against each leg.
Consolidate part loads under one reference, attach and detach jobs, with a double-booking guard built in.
VAT handled across IE, GB, DE, FR and ES. Lines aggregate from the job, with credit notes and AR aging.
Corridors with waypoints, ferry crossings and customs points detected automatically at each border.
Contacts, communication log and per-customer custom fields, so the history of every account sits in one place.
Published, per-filing rates for brokerage work and flat monthly plans for firms that want to file on the platform themselves. No setup fees.

Post-Brexit, a single UK-to-Ireland load can touch an export entry, a movement reference, a pre-boarding notification and an import entry, each on a different government system. The enterprise tools that handle all of it price out anyone filing a few hundred declarations a year. The cheap tools are digital forms with no automation.
FreightHorizon sits in that gap. Honest brokerage rates for firms that want the work done for them, and a platform priced for the mid-market for firms that want to file themselves. The same canonical record runs both, which is what lets a quote, a job and a customs entry share one source of truth.
Ireland's AIS H7 dataset becomes mandatory on 30 June 2026. We are building for it now.
Send the commercial invoice and the route for a shipment, or ask about putting your own filing on the platform. We reply with the filings that apply and a price before anything is submitted.
